Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with our Sales team, owning technical engagements and delivering compelling product presentations to customers worldwide. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to translate customer needs into Grafana solutions.

You will join a remote-first, globally distributed team and contribute to documentation and enablement materials while working from the Netherlands.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership for varied and complex assignments.
First-class written and oral communication to work with remote-first teams and global customers.
Technical mindset with a desire to grow technically.
Must be located in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities with technical credibility.
Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product feedback and competitive insights.
Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
Contribute to documentation, blog posts, and knowledge-base materials.
