Job summary

Fusion Worldwide is seeking a Business Development Manager EMEA for a remote role to drive revenue with Fortune 500 connections and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will prospect, nurture relationships, and expand opportunities across the EMEA region, with up to 50% travel in a dynamic, growth-focused organization.

You will interact across phone, email, chat, and occasional on-site visits, collaborating with sales and marketing to uncover new areas for expansion.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Based preferably in Germany, Nordics, Poland, Eastern Europe or Israel.
• High-energy, persistent salesperson focused on uncapped earnings.
• Proven track record of success in prior sales roles.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through prospecting new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts.
• Interact with prospects via telephone, email, chat, and occasional on-site visits.
• Collaborate with Customers & Marketing team to identify and develop additional areas of opportunity.
• Educate customers on the current state of the hardware market to maximize efficiency and support of the supply chain.
