Job summary

enviolo seeks a seasoned Key Account Lead DACH to drive commercial growth in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You’ll develop national partnerships with major bicycle manufacturers and retailers, acting as a trusted advisor, shaping value-based strategies, and co-creating opportunities in a disruptive mobility space.

Qualifications

• Proven track record at key account level in B2B sales
• Strategic advisor to senior decision-makers, not a transactional supplier
• Experience integrating new or disruptive products into established markets
• Comfort with engaging senior stakeholders at national retail and OEMs
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of enviolo products within the DACH bicycle/e-bike markets
• Own and grow relationships with national key accounts incl. large retail chains
• Identify, develop, and convert national-level opportunities
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of leads, partners, customers
• Collaborate on product positioning, GTM strategies, marketing initiatives for DACH
