Horizon3 is hiring an experienced regional leader to build and grow the Commercial business across the DACH and Eastern European region. You will own the regional market strategy, manage a multi-country team, and drive growth through partners, distributors, and internal cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires visible market presence, frequent travel, and close collaboration with Enterprise sellers, Partner Managers, and regional executives to shape how Horizon3 scales across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading regional fast-growth teams.
• Proven ability to shape market strategy across multiple countries.
• Strong stakeholder management and partner ecosystem development.
• Ability to travel extensively and operate in distributed markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional Commercial team across multiple countries.
• Own the end-to-end Commercial motion in the region, including partners and distributors.
• Shape and execute regional market strategy and investment plans.
• Align partner activity, local plans, and cross-functional execution for growth.
• Drive hiring, market expansion, and investment prioritisation as the business grows.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across partner organisations and MSSP teams.
