Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. The role is fully remote from Greece, with a work schedule Monday to Friday and occasional weekend shifts depending on the project. You will provide customer support across multiple channels and may handle after-sales and technical assistance tasks.

Relocation and training are provided; visa sponsorship is not available. Applicants must have legal right to work in Greece.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries about products, services, orders, deliveries, payments and warranties.
• Assist with returns, replacements, refunds and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through setup.
