Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams from Greece. This fully remote role involves handling customer service, after-sales support, and technical assistance across projects, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts.

You must have C1/C2 Dutch and B2-C1 English, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable using CRM systems.

Qualifications

C1/C2 level Dutch required.
B2–C1 level English required, depending on project.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Create and manage customer cases in CRM systems.
Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution.
Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams when necessary.
Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases.
Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
Use internal tools and knowledge bases to resolve inquiries.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction.
