Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to support international teams remotely. The role covers customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, or support for business customers across various projects.

You will work 100% remotely from Greece with fully paid training and onboarding. Strong Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2–C1), plus excellent communication and CRM skills, are required to deliver professional, customer-focused service in a

Qualifications

C1/C2 level of Dutch required.
B2–C1 level of English depending on project.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Customer-oriented and solution-focused.
Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Handle inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs.
Provide after-sales support including returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide setup.
Escalate complex cases to internal teams when needed.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
Research information using knowledge bases to resolve inquiries.
Maintain professional, customer-focused interaction.
