Ainur, an engineering and research firm in the Netherlands, is seeking an account executive to own the client pipeline from first conversation to signed scope of work. You will run lead qualification, write proposals with engineers, manage procurement, and hand deals to delivery while maintaining close client relationships during the first cycle.

We offer 32–40 hours weekly, either employed or freelance, with market-aligned pay and commission on what you close; remote by default with on-site

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and professional English.
• Several years of closing software or consultancy deals for Dutch companies.
• Able to scope architecture discussions and explain scope changes.

Responsabilités

• Find and qualify new clients: referrals, partners, events, your own network, and warm outbound. No cold-call quota.
• Run the first conversations, and a scoping session with one of our engineers.
• Write the proposal and the scope of work with the founders: deliverables, dates, price.
• Handle procurement: NDA, data processing agreement, security questionnaires, references.
• Hand a signed deal over to delivery with everything written down, and stay close to the client through the first cycle.
• Keep the pipeline current, so the founders can plan capacity against it.
