Software Account Manager — Remote, NL/EN, Client Demos

Job summary

Ainur is looking for an account manager who owns the relationship with clients from first meeting to delivery. You will be the day-to-day contact, join meetings, plan work with the client and engineering, and ensure everyone knows what happens next.

Remote by default with on-site client work when required. 24–40 hours per week, employed or freelance, pay aligned with market and experience. You shape your role in a small team in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and professional English.
• Several years of account management, project coordination or customer success in software.
• Able to follow technical discussions and explain releases or scope changes to clients.
• Clear, concise writing.
• Based in the Netherlands and willing to travel to clients.

Responsibilities

• Join client meetings and lead conversations when helpful.
• Send a written summary after each meeting: decisions, owners, dates.
• Plan cycles, reviews, releases and acceptance together with the client.
• Collect what the team needs from the client: content, access, decisions, approvals.
• Spot changes in scope or priority early and raise them.
• Prepare and run demos and acceptance sessions with the engineers.
• Keep client records current: contacts, agreements, open questions.
