Job summary

ATENA is expanding in the Netherlands and is seeking a proactive professional based in the Netherlands. You will work with our team to build ATENA’s presence, communicate with Dutch companies, and identify new opportunities to grow our business in the Dutch market.

The role focuses on developing partnerships, understanding customer needs, and representing ATENA professionally to Dutch partners. Work from home with an emphasis on autonomy and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, HR, staffing, healthcare or client relations is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to engage with decision-makers.
• Able to work independently, identify opportunities and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Dutch companies, agencies and potential business partners.
• Contact and communicate with potential clients in Dutch.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Identify companies and organizations that could benefit from ATENA’s services.
• Explore new cooperation opportunities and initiate contact with potential partners or families who need a caregiver.
• Support negotiations and develop new partnerships.
