Job summary

ATENA is expanding in the Netherlands and is seeking a proactive professional based in the Netherlands. You will work with our team to build ATENA’s presence, communicate with Dutch companies, and identify new opportunities to grow our business in the Dutch market.

The role focuses on developing partnerships, understanding customer needs, and representing ATENA professionally to Dutch partners. Work from home with an emphasis on autonomy and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, HR, staffing, healthcare or client relations is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to engage with decision-makers.
• Able to work independently, identify opportunities and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

ATENA is a fast-growing international recruitment and staffing company connecting candidates from Central and Eastern Europe with companies and families across Europe. We are looking for a professional based in the Netherlands and speaking local language who will help us develop our business in the Dutch market, build partnerships and identify new opportunities. This is an opportunity to become an important part of our expansion in the Netherlands and help us determine the best way to grow our business locally.

YOUR ROLE

You will work closely with our team to develop ATENA’s presence in the Netherlands. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with Dutch companies, agencies and potential business partners
• Contacting and communicating with potential clients in Dutch
• Building and maintaining long-term business relationships
• Identifying companies and organizations that could benefit from ATENA’s services
• Exploring new cooperation opportunities and initiating contact with potential partners or families who need a caregiver
• Supporting negotiations and developing new partnerships
• Helping us understand the Dutch market, customer needs and business environment
• Providing feedback and ideas that can help us improve and adapt our business model for the Netherlands
• Representing ATENA professionally when communicating with Dutch companies and partners

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Is confident communicating with companies, agencies and decision-makers
• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Is proactive and comfortable approaching new people and businesses has no problem making many calls during the work day
• Can think independently, identify opportunities and suggest solutions
• Is interested in business development and building something from the ground up
• Can work independently and manage their own activities
• Experience in business development, sales, recruitment, HR, staffing, healthcare or client relations is an advantage, but we are open to the right person with a strong business mindset.
