NDA, a specialized IT services provider in the Dutch market, is seeking an experienced client-relations professional to manage a portfolio of major clients in Amsterdam. You will nurture relationships, identify opportunities, and bring in new business while collaborating with colleagues to deliver tailored IT solutions.

Fluent Dutch and good English are required, with a proactive, self-starting approach and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of commercial IT contracting or consultancy experience.
• Proven results with large business clients.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude and energy for building relationships.
• Technical knowledge to discuss IT matters with managers.
• Fluent Dutch and good English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of major, complex clients.
• Maintain and expand existing relationships; identify new opportunities.
• Bring in new clients over time.
• Meet clients on-site and build personal relationships.
• Identify opportunities early and work with colleagues to provide solutions.
• Consider broader IT solutions beyond placing individuals.
• Negotiate rates and terms.
• Keep the pipeline and plans clear for the team.
