Job summary

Responsibilities
- Progress issues to resolution by liaising with colleagues and R&D as needed.
- Provide operational support to clients and internal teams in day-to-day activities.
- Investigate, document, and report application defects.
- Proactively highlight escalation risks and coordinate resources for investigations.
- Handle and communicate updates on customer escalations to ensure satisfaction.
