Job summary

UNIT4 NV is seeking a Dutch-speaking ERP Technical Consultant to join our cloud ERP team in the Netherlands. You will deliver technical solutions, analyse requirements with customers, and build integrations using APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, and low-code tools.

Apply AI to accelerate development, documentation, and testing. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical consulting or ERP roles, strong analytical skills, and a customer-focused, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English, written and verbal.
• 3+ years in a technical consulting, ERP, integration, migration, or customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and both pro-code and low-code development.
• Practical, daily experience using AI tools in technical work.
• Experience with data migration, mapping, and validation.
• Strong analytical skills and translating requirements into solutions.
• Structured, independent, customer-oriented working style.
• Team-player mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements with functional consultants and customer stakeholders.
• Build integrations, extensions, reports, and customisations using APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and low-code tools.
• Run data migration activities: analysis, mapping, transformation, validation, issue resolution.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate development, documentation, analysis, and testing.
• Troubleshoot issues, support testing, and produce clear documentation and handover material.
• Provide ad-hoc consultancy to existing customers.
• Feed improvement ideas and customer feedback back to product teams.

Job Description

You will work in a co-intelligence model, using AI tools as a practical driver of productivity and quality in analysis, development, documentation, and testing.

What you bring

Nice to have

• Unit4 ERP experience, especially with Extension Kit, App Studio, APIs, reporting, or migration tooling
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants
• Experience working in international project teams
