Job summary

Unit4 is seeking an ERP Technical Consultant who speaks Dutch to deliver technical solutions for ERP implementations, migrations and optimisations. You will analyse requirements with functional consultants and customer stakeholders, and build integrations using APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP and low-code tools.

You will also apply AI to accelerate development and testing. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• 3+ years in a technical consulting, ERP, integration, migration or customer-facing tech role.
• Hands-on with integrations, APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and both pro-code and low-code development.
• Practical daily use of AI tools in technical work.
• Experience with data migration, mapping and validation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical solutions for Unit4 ERP implementation, migration and optimisation projects.

• Run data migration activities: analysis, mapping, transformation, validation and issue resolution.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, support testing, and create clear docs and handover material.
• Provide ad-hoc consultancy to existing customers.
• Feed improvement ideas to product and internal teams.

What you will do

What you bring

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• 3+ years of experience in a technical consulting, ERP, integration, migration, or customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, XML/JSON, SOAP, extension frameworks, and both pro-code and low-code development
• Practical, daily experience using AI tools in technical work
• Experience with data migration, mapping, and validation
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate requirements into solutions
• A structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working
• A team-player mindset and willingness to keep learning

Nice to have

• Unit4 ERP experience, especially with Extension Kit, App Studio, APIs, reporting, or migration tooling
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants
• Experience working in international project teams
