Job summary

UNIT4 NV is seeking a Functional Consultant ERPx (Dutch Speaking) in the Netherlands. This full-time role centers on delivering ERP solutions within our Professional Services team, helping clients onboard and adopt cloud ERP technologies.

You will work across customer onboarding, workshops, and solution delivery while staying current on industry best practices and new technologies. Some travel will be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English, any additional language is a plus.
• Excited about technology
• Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail
• Self-starter, with a positive attitude, independent and able to work under pressure to meet an assignment deadline
• Having a background/experience in Finance and Management or IT

Responsibilities

• Customer onboarding and project handover with the wider project team.
• Implement quality ERP customer solutions meeting design and strategic objectives, reducing complexity and costs.
• Participate in and lead workshops, prioritise requirements and identify opportunities for customer success.
• Deliver the approved customer solution utilizing templates as applicable.
• Work with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget as set out in the project plan.
• Support customer solution reviews and customer health checks identifying opportunities to expand Unit4 footprint.
• Engagement in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers.
