Job summary

Atlassian is hiring an Account Associate who will manage renewals and expansion opportunities, working with customers across regions to reduce churn and drive adoption of our product portfolio.

You will nurture relationships through phone, video, and email, guiding direct customers and partners through renewal cycles and pricing discussions while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and accurate data in internal systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, software renewals, or customer success.
• Ability to establish rapport and build trust over phone and video with diverse countries and cultures.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Nurture renewals across product lines to maximize retention and mitigate churn.
• Lead renewal discussions with direct customers and Solution Partners in the region.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities during renewals.
• Communicate product updates and benefits to customers and partners.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate customer data in internal systems.
