Partner Company in the Netherlands is seeking a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment engagements across multiple specialties and seniority levels. This remote, independent-contractor role leads searches from intake and sourcing through candidate assessment, presentation, and placement.

You will build talent pipelines, collaborate with clients and candidates, use Zoho Recruit or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

Qualificações

• At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience with direct responsibility for searches from intake to placement.
• Experience recruiting across multiple professional specialties or seniority levels.
• Hands-on ATS experience and ability to learn new platforms quickly (Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday).
• Demonstrated ability to use ATS to manage requisitions, candidate stages, notes, dispositions, and reporting.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms and active pipeline management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a consultative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of assigned recruitment searches, ensuring continuity across client relationships and candidate communications.
• Lead intake discussions to clarify role requirements, business context, qualifications, and hiring timelines.
• Develop tailored search strategies and manage full-cycle assignments for fractional engagements.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Create or coordinate job postings, review applications, and develop strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct structured screening and interviews to assess fit against criteria.
• Present qualified candidates with clear summaries highlighting strengths and concerns.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact for engagements and provide timely progress updates.
• Coordinate client feedback, interview stages, and offer communications while respecting authority on decisions.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and reporting data.
