Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills are essential.
• Previous recruitment experience is highly desirable, especially international or high-volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source Dutch-speaking candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job platforms and networks.
• Proactively approach candidates and build relationships for international roles.
• Screen candidates to assess language, experience, motivation and availability.
• Match candidates with positions across European client network and present opportunities.
• Guide candidates through assessments/interviews and manage communications.
• Maintain regular follow-up and keep candidate data updated in the recruitment platform.
