Job summary

Assetara Limited in The Hague area is seeking a dedicated Support Manager to join our team remotely via the Assetara platform. You will act as a key personal manager and frontline support for subscribed clients, helping them navigate platform tools while maintaining CRM notes and ensuring concierge-level service.

You will own product knowledge across offerings, manage queues and SLAs, deliver professional communications within the official workspace, and ensure strict separation between client

Qualifications

• Strict compliance with daily operational routines and session management.
• Confidentiality and anti-fraud protocols when handling client data.
• Never promise financial results or execute financial operations on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of all company products to guide subscribed clients.
• Manage queues and SLAs via the Broker Dashboard.
• Provide concierge-level support and communicate exclusively within the official workspace.
• Maintain client-facing messages and internal private notes separately.
• Review and fact-check AI-generated draft responses before submission.
• Escalate issues with clear, justified operational actions.
