You will serve as a key client-facing manager and frontline support specialist for customers with active subscriptions, navigating platform tools and maintaining CRM and private notes to ensure concierge-level service.

• Ability to gain deep knowledge of all company products and features.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload to meet SLA targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and separate internal/private notes.

Responsabilidades

• Gain deep knowledge of all company products and features to guide subscribed clients.
• Prioritize work via the Broker Dashboard focusing on unread messages and SLA risks.
• Provide professional, warm, and concise communication within the official workspace.
• Maintain strict separation between client-facing messages and internal Private notes.
• Review and edit AI-generated draft responses before submission.
• Escalate operational issues with clear justification and use system tools appropriately.
