Responsibilities

• Gain deep knowledge of all company products and features to guide subscribed clients.
• Prioritize work via the Broker Dashboard focusing on unread messages and SLA risks.
• Provide professional, warm, and concise communication within the official workspace.
• Maintain strict separation between client-facing messages and internal Private notes.
• Review and edit AI-generated draft responses before submission.
• Escalate operational issues with clear justification and use system tools appropriately.
