You will serve as a key personal manager and frontline support specialist for clients with subscriptions, navigating platform tools, and maintaining CRM/private notes while upholding compliance and operational boundaries.

You will develop deep product expertise, manage queues and SLAs, and provide concierge-level support with professional, warm communication within the official workspace.

Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate, fact-based guidance to subscribed clients.
• Prioritize work via the Broker Dashboard focusing on unread messages, SLA risks, and at-risk client signals.
• Deliver professional, warm, and concise communication exclusively within the official workspace.
• Maintain strict separation between client-facing messages and internal private notes.
• Review, edit, and fact-check AI-generated draft responses before submission.
• Escalate and perform operational actions with clear justifications.
