Lever, Inc. is seeking a Client Implementation Manager (Card Issuing) based in the Netherlands to lead end-to-end client implementations for card issuing programs.

You will coordinate across engineering, product, compliance, risk, and support to ensure successful launches and go-live readiness, acting as the primary client contact. The role requires 3+ years in fintech implementations, strong knowledge of card issuing concepts, REST APIs, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• 3+ years in implementation, project delivery in fintech/payments.
• Practical knowledge of card issuing concepts and BIN structures.
• Experience with REST APIs and technical onboarding processes.
• Strong organizational and multi-implementation management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English for technical and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work remotely across multiple time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end card issuing implementations from planning to closure.
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, risk registers, and issue trackers.
• Serve as the primary client contact across stakeholders and teams.
• Lead kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and post-launch discussions.
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, product, compliance, risk, and support.
• Guide clients through card program configuration, BIN ranges, and authorization parameters.
• Oversee testing, certification, and go-live readiness with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SCA/PSD2, and card network rules.
• Document decisions and handovers to Support with clear records.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline planning and reporting while validating outputs.
