Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist based in the Netherlands. This hands-on role combines merchant onboarding, payments integration, troubleshooting, and platform reliability.

You will validate APIs, configure methods, investigate incidents, and work with international merchants and Engineering for Go-Live readiness. The position emphasizes production readiness, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership to ensure merchant success in a fintech/crypto

Qualifications

• 1+ year in L2/L3 technical support or as Senior Support Agent/Manager, fintech/crypto/payments setting.
• Hands-on with system logs and monitoring tools to trace errors.
• Proficient with client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Experience validating API requests and troubleshooting with Postman.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Attention to detail in managing configurations and production environments.
• Proactive, self-directed, and able to learn new docs and workflows.
• Calm and effective under pressure with quick incident handling.
• Fluent Russian (B2/C1) and strong English for international communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding by configuring integrations, payment routing, and methods across PSP/on-off-ramp/card solutions.
• Manage API access and environments; issue API keys and ensure production readiness.
• Validate API requests and troubleshoot integrations using Postman to prevent live-issues.
• Investigate transaction incidents via JSON payloads, SQL, logs, and monitoring data to root causes.
• Use Grafana and other tools to trace errors and investigate across systems.
• Replicate and isolate bugs to determine merchant vs platform origin.
• Provide clear escalation notes to Engineering for deeper fixes.
• Support final technical verification and production readiness for merchants.
• Communicate findings clearly to international merchants and stakeholders.
• Prepare concise incident reports and maintain robust documentation.
• Hold ownership through resolution with accuracy and timely action.
