Job summary

Adyen in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Cards & Wallets roadmap within the Issuing team of our Financial Services group. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Finance and Compliance to build global card issuance capabilities, including BIN management, tokenization and card fulfillment.

We require 8+ years in high‑scale fintech, 2+ years in cards/payments, and a data‑driven, AI‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building high-scale products in tech or fintech environments.
• 2+ years of experience in cards or payments products.
• Execution-focused with autonomous ownership in ambiguity.
• Customer-centric with ability to translate tech to business value.
• PM at heart with strong instincts, data-driven decisions and AI-forward thinking.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap for the Cards & Wallets team.
• Understand customer needs and invest in features that deliver value.
• Lead platform-scale execution with cross-functional teams for a trusted, scalable platform.
