NielsenIQ in Amstelveen, Netherlands is seeking a Customer Success Consultant who partners with leading retailers to drive better business decisions through data, analytics and industry expertise. You will translate data into actionable recommendations, manage relationships, and deliver business reviews while growing your consulting and market insight skills in a flexible hybrid role.

Fluency in Dutch and English, 2-5 years in customer success or related fields, and experience in FMCG or retail

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required or highly preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or market research is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with retail clients and become their strategic advisor
• Analyze market, category and shopper data to identify opportunities and risks
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations
• Deliver presentations and business reviews to client stakeholders
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase client value and satisfaction
• Collaborate with analytics, commercial and operational teams
• Support clients in using NIQ solutions to answer key business questions
