Lucanet, a German-founded international FinTech, is expanding its sales team in the Netherlands. We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to prospect, follow up, and qualify leads that feed our Account Executives and convert into customers.

You should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable picking up the phone daily. Ideal candidates are people-oriented, persuasive, and fluent in German with good English.

Qualifications

• Completed studies or fast-paced work experience and seeking a career start in sales.
• Strong people person with confidence, trust, and reliability; good listening.
• Highly committed, responsive, and target-driven to sell our SaaS solution.
• Tech-savvy and ready to understand our CPM platform to add value.
• Business fluent German and good English.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold-calling, emailing, and social selling; qualify inbound leads.
• Build relationships with stakeholders up to C-level to identify needs and qualify interests.
• Pass on solid leads to sales and arrange meetings via in-person/virtual calls.
• Work closely with sales executives to achieve company goals.
• Work remotely in The Netherlands or hybrid office if desired.
