Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment represents an IT scale-up in central Amsterdam seeking a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to open doors to new customers and drive rapid growth in a young, ambitious team.

You will prospect, qualify, demo, and negotiate with Dutch companies, hand over wins to Customer Success, and maintain CRM records while collaborating with marketing and the Country Manager.

Qualifications

• Dutch and English fluency in speaking and writing for Dutch market outreach.
• 0–2 years in a BDR or sales/commercial role preferred.
• Genuine motivation for a career in sales.
• Resilient with outbound-heavy workload and energetic pace.
• Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
• Commercially aware with ability to discuss business needs.
• Eager to learn and leverage onboarding training.
• SaaS/CPaaS/B2B tech exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and outreach to Dutch companies to build a targeted prospect list.
• Qualify opportunities and advance them in the pipeline.
• Lead product demonstrations and negotiate deals with support from a BDM.
• Hand off new clients to Customer Success with full context.
• Maintain CRM records and track activity and targets.
• Share market feedback with Country Manager and marketing.
• Participate in meetings, training, and sales development activities.
