Qualifications

• Strong English communication via phone.
• Experience tracking leads and updating CRM records.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic tools.
• HubSpot experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to branding and web-design agencies.
• Present partnership opportunities and qualify conversations.
• Follow approved scripts while adapting to needs.
• Handle objections and escalate when needed.
• Make follow-up attempts and schedule next steps.
• Identify qualified prospects and pass to client.
• Maintain call logs and outreach records.
• Track activity using Google Sheets; possible HubSpot transition.
• Provide regular outreach performance updates.
• Support prospect research and list-building as engagement grows.
• Represent the client professionally and meet timelines.
