Job summary

Unifyrecruitment is seeking a Customer Service Advisor – B2B (English Speaking) to join a remote, Netherlands-based team. You will support advertisers and agencies across phone, chat and email, handling inquiries about accounts and platform features, with a focus on improving usage and satisfaction.

The role is full-time (40 hours weekly) with fully paid training from home and a six-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level).
• Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week (work from home).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to advertisers and agencies (SMBs) for various queries generated via different communication channels such as: phone, chat and email.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products.
• Provide product and tool support to enhance our clients’ experience.
• Use tools and systems to identify customers’ issues, addressed in their raised queries.
• Escalate the client’s problems to the corresponding groups of the resolution.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, pro-actively communicate to clients on progress and pro-actively identify areas where clients can improve usage of our solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, while representing a major brand.
