Job summary

Podimo is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the Finance team with accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement across the full AP lifecycle.

You will process supplier invoices with Continia’s Document Capture, manage payables records, oversee employee expense submissions via Pleo, and collaborate with the AP Manager to streamline processes and support cash flow and forecasting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or general accounting.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and payments using Continia’s Document Capture.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payables and reconciliation.
• Monitor open liabilities and follow up on discrepancies with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Oversee employee expense submissions via Pleo and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Provide support to the Finance team in managing cash flow and forecasting.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Manager to streamline processes and drive automation.
• Ensure all AP processes are documented and auditable.
