Job summary

Leaseweb in the Netherlands seeks a Team Manager for Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable to lead and develop AR/AP teams, drive collections and payments, and ensure accurate postings and strong internal controls.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, Procurement and external partners, support month-end close and cash forecasting, and deliver KPI dashboards to optimize liquidity and working capital.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AR and AP teams and improving cash flow.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Procurement.
• Experience with month-end close, cash forecasting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop AR/AP team members to improve performance.
• Coordinate daily AR and AP operations and serve as the primary contact for issues.
• Lead collections, monitor ageing, enforce credit policies, forecast cash inflows, and support liquidity planning.
• Design and improve AR/AP workflows with emphasis on automation and controls.
• Manage a KPI dashboard covering cash forecast, ageing, DSO/DPO, write-offs, and other metrics.
