Job summary

MAAN Management, Coaching & Advies is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a high‑caliber governance and analytics team. You will own regional AP controls, apply Celonis analytics, and support a major global integration in the travel sector.

The ideal candidate has SAP and Blackline experience, strong data interpretation, and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders in English and Spanish. This is a fast-paced role with KPI/SLAs and a focus on financial accuracy.

The Mission: Governance & Analysis

This is a role for an AP professional who thrives on data integrity and high-level oversight. You will:

• Lead Compliance: Own the regional preparation of PCAOB AP controls and ensure rigorous adherence to global requirements.
• Master Process Mining: Use Celonis to conduct deep-dive analyses on duplicate payments, PO mismatches, and starter kits.
• Drive Financial Accuracy: Own GRIR analysis and assess AP-related Balance Sheet accounts for reconciliation and accuracy.
• Manage Global Partnerships: Act as a key point of contact for top 50 global business stakeholders and critical trade vendors.
• Optimize Performance: Track KPIs and SLAs while posting manual journal entries in Blackline to keep our global engine running.
