Job summary

Aptean is seeking an Account Manager, AI to manage and grow relationships with existing customers in the Netherlands. The role is remote within NL and full-time, focusing on identifying AI-driven value and expansion opportunities.

You will partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver consultative guidance, maintain CRM data, and drive retention and bookings while staying aligned with customer business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and growing existing relationships.
• Strong customer-success orientation with revenue focus.
• Proven ability to upsell and expand within AI/SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Aptean customers with AI focus.
• Identify expansion opportunities across AI modules and SaaS conversions.
• Maintain understanding of customer goals and drive retention and revenue.
• Develop strategic account plans, manage quotes, pipeline and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product and other teams.
