Job summary

BSI is seeking two Business Development Managers to drive AI service sales across the DACH region. This homebased role involves client engagement, prospecting, and presenting complex AI solutions to executives.

Ideal candidates bring SaaS/consultative sales experience, strong German language skills, and a track record of growth in professional services. Travel to client sites will be required, with a flexible remote setup and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SAAS/Software services in a B2B context.
• Proven track record of consultative sales and account growth.
• Fluent in German and comfortable presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage clients to manage accounts and sell AI service offerings.
• Identify new prospects and grow the customer base across industries.
• Sell AI services such as conformity testing and training to various sector clients.
• Maintain territory pipeline and produce accurate sales forecasts.
