Job summary

Penguin Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow sales across a designated DACH region. You will develop regional strategies, manage independent manufacturers' reps and distributors, and maintain key account relationships.

This remote role requires 7+ years in sales, with memory/SSD tech focus, fluency in German and English, hunter mentality, and strong CRM and negotiation skills. Travel within the region, especially to Germany, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field is preferred.
• 7+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a hunter role in Memory/SSD tech.
• Fluent in German and English for business communication.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM, and data-driven strategies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet company targets.
• Lead and motivate Independent Manufacturer Sales Reps and Distributors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and logistics teams to align campaigns and delivery.
• Manage the regional sales budget and drive market expansion.
