You will work in a fast-paced environment with ownership, collaborating with senior leaders across international markets in Rotterdam.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience shipping production systems.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in solving business problems through technology.
• Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, LLMs, or intelligent automation technologies.
• Experience developing scalable backend systems, applications, or platform services.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ownership.
• Ability to translate complex problems into practical, measurable solutions.
• Evidence of building projects, products, tools, or systems independently or within a technology team.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Building and deploying production-ready AI applications and intelligent systems.
• Developing solutions that support dynamic pricing and commercial optimisation.
• Creating agentic workflows and automation within procurement and supplier operations.
• Designing AI-powered customer journey and process automation tools.
• Contributing to content generation, SEO, and platform-scale intelligence capabilities.
• Developing predictive models to support operational planning and business performance.
• Building internal tools that improve productivity and scalability across teams.
• Measuring impact, analysing outcomes, and continuously improving solutions based on business results.
