Together AI is seeking an experienced Lead/Manager to build the cloud platform engineering team in Amsterdam. You will lead a team of 8 engineers, focusing on designing scalable distributed systems and enhancing AI cloud services.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with distributed systems, strong leadership skills, and a background in cloud architectures. Together AI offers a hybrid work model, with 2 days in the Amsterdam office.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience leading an Infrastructure team.
• 5+ years in building scalable distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse teams.
• Capable of managing high-performance microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 8 Infrastructure Engineers.
• Design and develop backend services for Together’s platform.
• Improve robustness and scalability of existing systems.
• Conduct code reviews and create documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.
