Job summary
GoSpooky in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Affiliate Lead to grow the Speaky creator community and drive our TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable business impact. You will build creator programs, nurture high-value relationships, and scale partnerships across European markets, reporting to the Head of Creator Campaigns and collaborating with commerce and brand teams.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and managing a creator/UGC or affiliate community at scale.
- Hands-on experience setting up affiliate programs, commission models, tooling, and performance tracking.
- Deep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics: affiliate, GMV, creator earnings flows.
- Experience with creator community platforms (Discord, Whop, Growi or equivalent).
- Proven ability to recruit and build relationships with creators.
- Strong commercial mindset: can motivate creators around earnings, not just content.
- Familiarity with CreatorIQ, Claude, ChatGPT and similar tools.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow the Speaky creator community; supply, onboarding and retention at scale.
- Build and run the affiliate program: commission structure, tooling, creator earning model.
- Lead key creator outreach and onboarding, batch and high-value relationships.
- Drive TikTok Shop campaign activation: matching creators to campaigns and delivery; meet GMV targets.
- Build Speaky Academy: creator education program development and maintenance.
- Manage and mentor Affiliate Campaign Manager(s).
- Collaborate with Commerce and TikTok Shop teams on monetisation and TAP delivery.
- Expand Speaky community with UGC campaign activations.
