Job summary

GoSpooky is seeking a Social Commerce Account Lead in Amsterdam to own client relationships and translate brand goals into social commerce strategies that drive sales. You will oversee a portfolio across TikTok Shop, affiliate, live and creator content, coordinating affiliate, shop ops, creative and live studio teams to turn plans into performance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in client-facing commercial roles with ownership of accounts and targets.
• Hands-on social commerce and e-commerce experience.
• Performance-driven: build a business case and understand unit economics (CAC, ROAS, margin).
• Commercially sharp: can scope, price and close deals.
• Natural orchestrator: drive work through clarity, priority-setting and trust.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a strong advantage for our client base.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of social commerce clients end to end: relationship, plan, delivery and commercial result.
• Translate client goals into social commerce strategies across TikTok Shop, affiliate, live and creator content.
• Read performance like an operator: identify bottlenecks and adjust plans based on data.
• Coordinate specialists across accounts to land work on time and to standard.
• Run forecasting, scoping, budgets, margins, renewals and upsell for each account.
• Grow accounts by identifying opportunities and building compelling business cases for clients.
• Collaborate with commercial team on proposals, pitches and scoping for new clients.
• Loster with our TikTok and platform partners on programs and co-marketing.
