Job summary

GoSpooky in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Creator Campaign Manager who is passionate about creators, influencers and social. You will own the creator and community approach for key clients, turning briefs into creator-first campaigns and building ambassador programs across tiers.

You'll drive strategy and execution for brands like Etos, Andrélon, Samsung and JBL, ensuring stories land across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You thrive in fast-paced environments and mentor junior teammates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creator/influencer campaign management for leading brands across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Proven ability to translate client briefs into creator-first strategies and campaigns that support brand objectives
• Experience in building long-term ambassador programs and managing creator ecosystems across all tiers
• Extensive creator network in the Netherlands and Belgium
• Strong commercial insight and the ability to support the account & project management team in growing client relationships
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to pitch ideas to clients with conviction
• Experience in running and overseeing multiple projects end-to-end, managing creator budgets, timelines, workflows, and performance
• A mentorship mindset, guiding junior team members in their day-to-day work and to pursue bold ideas
• A collaborative spirit, working cross-craft with strategy, creative, and media teams to push the boundaries of social
• A passion for staying ahead of trends, driving innovation & experimentation, and inspiring colleagues across the company with new ideas
