GoSpooky in Amsterdam is seeking a Creator Affiliate Campaign Manager Intern (Dutch speaking) to bridge creators and brands. You will join our creator craft team and work on Speaky for TikTok Shop creators in the Netherlands, helping campaigns grow with different brands while learning the ins and outs of the creator, affiliate, and commerce industry.

The Role

As a full time Creator Affiliate Campaign Manager Intern (Dutch Speaking) at GoSpooky, you'll be at the forefront of digital marketing innovation, helping to drive our campaigns to success. You'll join our creator craft team and work on Speaky, the creator agency partner of TikTok, for TikTok Shop creators in the Netherlands. You'll sit at the intersection of creators and commerce, helping our creators grow through campaigns with different brands while learning the ins and outs of the creator, affiliate, and commerce industry. You'll support our Dutch-focused team in the daily running of TikTok Shop affiliate programs, from finding and screening the right creators to building lasting relationships with them. You'll work with a range of stakeholders, researching and selecting top creators and making sure campaigns are executed flawlessly. You'll also build and maintain relationships with key content creators and stakeholders across platforms and markets, making you a crucial part of our dynamic team.

The starting date of the internship will be February, 2027.
This is a six-month internship, with the potential to transition into a junior role. The remuneration package for the internship is 500€ per month based on fulltime.

What we’re looking for

• You are pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a burning passion for creator/influencer campaign management with an interest in social commerce and e-commerce
• You are endlessly curious and always on the lookout for the next big trend in our industry. You'll get hands-on experience running affiliate creator campaigns on platforms like TikTok
• You are familiar with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and the creator ecosystem
• You have a knack for spotting social media trends and identifying up-and-coming creators who are generating buzz
• You are a natural connector, ready to build and grow relationships with creators in new and exciting markets
• You will learn the ropes of managing creator and affiliate relationships during campaigns and beyond
• You will refine your presentation skills and learn how to inspire and convince both internal teams and external clients with your insights and ideas
• You are excited to help turn creative concepts into reality, making every campaign a success
• You are a self-starter who is intrinsically motivated to learn, diligent, and takes initiative and ownership
• Experience with AI and setting up systems that are usable for both internal and external use is a plus

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Enrolled at a HBO/university within the EU
• Holds a valid residence permit and a Dutch BSN
• Based in the Netherlands
• Available fulltime, for 40 hours a week
• Available to work from the Amsterdam office at least 3 days a week
• Proficiency in creating presentations and decks
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for contract and task management
• Knowledge of the influencer landscape in the Netherlands and the content creation process
• Ability to multitask and support multiple projects simultaneously
• Affinity with beauty and food-related brands; knowledge of the beauty industry
