Job summary

GoSpooky in the Netherlands is seeking a Social Commerce Account Lead to own client relationships, translate brand goals into social commerce strategies, and deliver campaigns that actually sell.

You will read data, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and margins, and drive growth for a portfolio of primarily DTC brands across TikTok Shop, affiliates, live, and creator content. Fluent English is required; Dutch is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in client-facing commercial roles with ownership of accounts and targets.
• Hands-on social commerce and e-commerce experience.
• Performance-driven: build a business case and understand unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of social commerce clients end to end.
• Translate client business goals into social commerce strategies and campaigns.
• Read performance data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Coordinate specialists across affiliate, shop ops, creative, and production.
• Manage forecasting, budgets, margins, renewals, and upsell.
• Grow accounts by spotting opportunities and selling them.
