GoSpooky is seeking a Senior Client Lead in Amsterdam to oversee, manage, and expand entire client units, providing strategic direction and growth roadmaps for both clients and GoSpooky. You will report to the Commercial Director and collaborate with all crafts, focusing on PM and senior leadership to deliver integrated client growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a strategic client-facing role in a digital or creative agency.
• Deep knowledge of the digital marketing and social media landscape.
• Proven ability to grow client accounts and spot new commercial opportunities.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to support client leads/executives.
• Able to lead complex discussions with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic growth roadmaps for client units.
• Oversee commercially led client units and ensure alignment.
• Act as a consultative advisor to identify and develop growth opportunities.
• Conduct strategic business reviews at unit level and oversee new briefs.
