Job summary

GoSpooky is seeking a Medior Social Media Manager (Dutch Speaking) to own day-to-day social media management for a portfolio of brands, translating strategy into social-first content that drives engagement and results.

You will plan, coordinate and optimize content across the full lifecycle, collaborating with Strategists, Creatives, Community Managers, Designers, Motion Designers and the Data & Insights team to ensure platform-native, impactful output.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency or fast-paced brand environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and acting as a trusted day-to-day client contact.
• Strong experience creating content plans and editorial calendars for social media.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other emerging social platforms.
• Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple internal stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence working directly with clients.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for social media, internet culture and identifying trends before they become mainstream.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
