Lever, Inc. partner company seeks an Account Director, Client Solutions to manage a portfolio of strategic clients in Europe and North America from discovery to renewal.

You will own executive relationships, shape growth roadmaps, and translate technical choices into business impact while coordinating with architects, engineers, and cross‑functional teams. The role demands fluency in English and at least one additional European language, a deep marketing tech background, and proven pre‑sales

Qualifications

Extensive experience managing executive-level client relationships.
Deep knowledge of marketing tech and data platforms.
Strong ability to translate tech concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

Own senior client relationships across Europe and North America.
Lead discovery, scoping, proposals, and executive presentations.
Define growth roadmaps and track success with KPIs and ROIs.
Coordinate delivery with cross‑functional teams while maintaining margins.
Drive pre‑sales activities and bid pursuits with client stakeholders.
