Our Hamburg and Berlin teams are seeking a Client Director who leads global accounts, steers senior internal teams, and drives client growth with strategic, data-driven insights.

You will manage KPIs and stakeholder relations, present strategically, and shape plans with our clients and management to exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Many years of professional experience managing global accounts in digital experience and technology.
• Experience leading international and cross-functional internal teams.
• Strong analytical approach grounded in insights.
• Solid understanding of digital experience mechanisms.
• Proven ability to provide strategic advice and sell expertise profitably.
• Experience with agencies, especially tech agencies.
• Understanding of Platform, UX and UI Design.
• Ability to present complex strategic ideas clearly on slides.
• Strong reporting and analysis capabilities.
• Professional German and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate client business and growth.
• Own client success and expand sales volume.
• Lead a senior DEPT team on the client.
• Monitor client product performance and KPIs; optimise as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive strategic and sustainable customer development.
• Understand client goals to tailor offers.
• Map stakeholder landscape and coordinate with management and other units.
• Ask the right questions to unlock new business.
• Present work internally and externally and lead quarterly/annual planning.
