Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager (Email Marketing) based in the Netherlands to own a portfolio of DTC e-commerce accounts within a fast-growing email marketing agency.

You will be the primary client contact, coordinating copywriters, designers, and implementers, and reviewing campaigns, flows, pop-ups, and reports to ensure on-brief work that aligns with brand standards. You will monitor performance via Klaviyo and Omnisend, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of agency experience in account management or client services.
• Strong client communication with a warm, professional tone.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce lifecycle and email/SMS integration.
• Practical knowledge of email marketing activities (flows, campaigns, pop-ups, reporting).
• Familiarity with Klaviyo and Omnisend; proficient with Slack, ClickUp, Notion.
• Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to improve productivity.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Hiro Analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of peptide or supplement brands is a plus but not required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and problem solving.
• Available to work ~8 hours/day, Mon-Fri, aligned with Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining proactive communication.
• Own client work end-to-end from briefing through delivery.
• Plan upcoming work for one-time projects and ongoing retainers.
• Allocate daily tasks across copywriters, designers, and implementers.
• Review deliverables to ensure briefs and brand standards are met.
• Maintain visibility of priorities, deadlines, and handoffs using project tools.
• Monitor account performance in Klaviyo/Omnisend and translate insights to next steps.
• Leverage AI tools to support drafting, planning, and summaries.
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes, processes, and efficiency.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and scalable client portfolio.
