Job summary

Lucid Motors in Amsterdam is seeking a Specialist, Remarketing Sales Operations to support European used-car and trade-in programs. You will manage operational processes enabling resale of pre-owned vehicles, ensuring accuracy and cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities include intake, evaluation, and listing of vehicles, publishing listings on platforms, maintaining SFDC data, coordinating PO management and vendor onboarding, and coordinating transport between locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, Automotive Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive operations, remarketing, or sales support.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support used cars and trade-in operations across Europe.
• Publish and manage vehicle listings on internal and external platforms.
• Maintain SFDC data accuracy and support reporting/ analytics.
• Coordinate onboarding of new vendors with Procurement.
• Manage purchase orders and logistics coordination for remarketing services.
