Lucid Motors is seeking a Field Support Technician for our PR and Marketing Fleet based in Hilversum, Netherlands. You will provide technical support, maintain marketing and sales vehicles, and travel with teams to events and launches.

Strong diagnostic skills and customer-facing experience are essential. The role involves flexible hours, travel up to full time, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams across markets.

Qualifications

• Certified automotive technician with strong diagnostic and repair capabilities.
• Experience in customer-facing environments and events is beneficial.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and upkeep for marketing and sales vehicles while traveling with the teams.
• Prepare and repair Lucid marketing and sales vehicles.
• Be prepared to travel as a technician and diagnose/maintain Lucid vehicles wherever needed.
• Support new market launches and studio/service center openings.
• Assist in fast-paced growth with expertise in other matters as needed.
• Flexible work availability and travel up to 100% to support Sales and Marketing.
• Interact directly with customers while representing Lucid and complying with policies.
• Collaborate effectively with individuals, groups, and vendors.
